This page explains the data Cliprivo needs to run your account and process video.
1. What is stored
Your account name and email, a protected password representation, sign-in and session records, uploaded files, source links, transcripts, editing settings, finished clips, schedules, and connected-account data needed for the features you choose.
2. Why it is needed
To authenticate you, process video, store results, enforce limits, publish according to your settings, provide support, and protect the service from abuse. Technical logs may include request times, IP addresses, and error details.
3. External processing services
Moment selection and other AI features may use external providers. They receive data needed for the selected stage, such as transcript excerpts and sampled frames. Link imports contact the source platform and, when needed, a download service. Do not upload confidential material if this processing is unsuitable for it.
4. Cookies and access
Cookies support sign-in, form protection, and interface preferences. We do not claim the service is fully anonymous. Administrative access is restricted; your workspace material is not intended to be accessible to other users.
5. Retention and deletion
Files remain within your storage allowance while you use them or until you delete them. Completed transcripts may be retained for another clipping session. Request account and related-data deletion through the help section. Technical logs and backups may be retained separately for a limited period for security and recovery.
6. Payment information
Checkout is currently disabled. The payment-method interface does not ask for card details, seed phrases, payment-account passwords, or verification codes. Do not send them to support.
7. Requests and updates
Send data-related requests through your workspace help section. Operator details and payment-processing information will be added before paid services launch. The current version of this page is always available at this address.
