cliprivoCliprivo is an independent service for processing video and preparing publications. These are the rules you agree to when creating an account.
1. Your content and permissions
Upload recordings you own or material you have the necessary rights or permission to process and publish. A public link alone does not grant permission to reuse someone else’s video. You are responsible for your source material and publication decisions.
2. Automated processing
Transcription, moment selection, captions, and framing may contain errors. Review the result before publishing. Moment scores are not predictions of views or revenue and do not guarantee reach.
3. Connected platforms
Only connect accounts you are entitled to manage. Follow the rules of TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms. Import and publication availability may change for reasons controlled by those platforms. Cliprivo does not represent them or claim an official partnership.
4. Limits and storage
Your plan defines source minutes, maximum individual file size, available storage, clips per run, and connected accounts. Current limits are shown in your account. New operations may be unavailable when a limit is reached. Keep separate copies of important sources and finished videos.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans run monthly; there are no lifetime plans. Checkout is currently unavailable: selecting a payment method does not create a payment, charge money, or activate a paid subscription. Seller information, payment details, and refund terms will be published before checkout is enabled.
6. Account and acceptable use
Keep your password private. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, bypass limits, or use it for prohibited material, spam, or unlawful activity. Access may be restricted for violations or operational reasons.
7. Changes and requests
The service is evolving, so features and terms may change. Material account-related changes are announced in the interface. Use the help section of your workspace to contact the administrator. For a rights complaint, include the relevant material link and the basis of your request.
