Cliprivo does not currently accept payments. Creating an order or choosing a method does not charge you or activate a subscription. Orders remain marked Payment unavailable.
Processing already delivered
Once payments launch, the normal service policy will not refund correctly delivered processing or already consumed compute solely because of a change of mind. This does not automatically exclude a refund for an unused plan balance.
Errors and mandatory rights
Duplicate charges, access not delivered, confirmed technical failures and rights required by applicable law are reviewed separately. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Any refund due depends on the circumstances and the documented service already delivered.

For account, data and order requests, use Help in your workspace and include the order number when available. Do not send passwords, API keys, verification codes or payment-card details.
